CMO/Founder
Jerrod is a visionary marketing strategist with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share expansion. His expertise lies in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that effectively engage target audiences, enhance brand visibility, and foster lasting customer relationships. Previously, Mr. Washington was the founder of an Influencer Agency and Paywall application which featured over 100+ influencers. His most notable experience was as Vice President of Kobe Family Entertainment (KFE), a record label and management company. In addition, Jerrod has worked closely with many Fortune 500 companies in developing Kobe Bryant’s image and cross-marketing with sports and entertainment.

Chris Bryan has distinguished himself as a creator and innovator across multiple industry sectors, notably in Music and Entertainment, NASCAR, Sports, and Technology. His expertise spans team leadership, artist development, music production, coding, and cutting-edge design.
A native New Yorker, Mr. Bryan launched his career by producing a platinum record, quickly garnering the attention of industry leaders and ascending to the role of Executive A&R/Production for major record labels including Universal, Warner Bros, and EMI. Expanding his horizons, he founded a fully-fledged NASCAR team, where he secured sponsorships, developed the team's brand, managed technology, structured budgets, and created corporate presentations. Additionally, he operated his own technology company for a decade before becoming the co-founder and CTO of Hauls, where he played a crucial role in designing, client building, corporate branding, research and development, and shaping the company’s creative and strategic technology vision.
As the visionary leader and CTO of Hauls, Mr. Bryan was instrumental in the development of the initial version of the Hauls app (SocialHauls). His extensive experience collaborating with artists, entertainers, brands, and influencers has significantly influenced the direction of Hauls, Inc. Furthermore, he developed Brandyay, a custom-designed e-commerce platform for creators that was subsequently acquired. Today, Chris is the co-founder and developer of the Skroll app, a social commerce platform available on iOS and Android.

Chief Revenue Officer
Pablo Garcia is a seasoned trailblazer in the innovative technology payment industry. Early in his career, as Managing Partner of CCSlide—acquired by PayPal—he played a pivotal role in designing software that significantly contributed to PayPal's success. Following this, Garcia directed hospitality integration at Micros Fidelio, the largest point of sale provider globally. He then transitioned to serving as CEO/President of Swipe, a prominent issuer and acquirer in the payment hospitality sector.
Embracing his entrepreneurial spirit, Garcia developed a "Discount for Cash" software, which was licensed by Jetpay, leading to his role as Executive Vice President of Sales and Product Development at the company. His extensive experience has fostered strong partnerships with industry giants such as the Dallas Cowboys, the New York Yankees, Hard Rock International, and MGM International, further cementing his reputation as a leader in the payment technology space.

As VP of Marketing at Zhoosh Media, Tess Polachek brings a strategic, client-first approach to brand growth, media utilization, and integrated marketing campaigns. A graduate of Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, she combines a strong foundation in media with hands-on experience across fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, and large-scale cultural events.
Tess is highly skilled in developing thoughtful, results-driven strategies, tailoring each plan to the unique goals, voice, and audience of her clients. Known for her ability to align creative vision with smart media execution, she partners closely with brands to ensure campaigns feel authentic, impactful, and measurable.
Her past work includes collaborations with globally recognized brands and organizations such as X Games, Alo, Whitespace, C3 Presents, Coca-Cola, Akira, Eleventy, Revolve, and more.
